✦ Our story
When we first imagined opening Jelly House on Dominion Road, we wanted it to feel warm, welcoming, and comfortable — a small place where people could walk in and instantly relax. That’s why we chose soft Spanish white tones, natural timber finishes, and touches of green throughout the shop, creating a space that feels more like a memory than just a store.
After nearly a decade of making desserts, we finally opened our own little shop built around the kind of food we’d happily serve to our own families. Everything is prepared fresh each morning and made to order through the day, with the hope that people can slow down, sit together, and enjoy simple moments.
But Jelly House was never only about desserts. We wanted to create a place that could make everyday life feel a little softer and happier — somewhere connected to conversations, laughter, comfort, and time spent with people you care about.
Some of our own most meaningful memories happened in places like this. We’ve gathered with friends after long days, shared desserts with family, and even met important people in our lives in spaces just like this. That feeling is what inspired Jelly House from the beginning, and we hope every customer who visits leaves feeling a little lighter than before.
